Door(s) Of A Aate
The gate is both the entrance to the house and the gateway from the house to the outside. Both have an exciting and, at the same time, some people have the impression that they are entering a new world. The gateway to a house is a particularly mysterious entity. It has a somewhat philosophical presence, from your space to the outside, and from the outside space to the inside. I think what it needs is an appearance. Of course, everything has to be perfect, including function and durability, as a prerequisite. I believe that the appearance of the house will also change the interest in and attachment to the house. That is why we, who often work on gates, feel a kind of tension.
The look of the gate
Gates come in different sizes, specifications and designs. The technology used also varies. If the design intent is to be found in every corner of the entire building, it will exist as an item that embodies the overall building concept. That is why it is all about how you understand this overall design intent when you first see the specifications of the gate. The gate is part of the expression of the house and is always visible from the outside. Naturally, there is an element of security, and at the same time, it is a special kind of entity that requires design. In modern times, it can also be given a compensating security function, making it a high-tech area despite its appearance. The knowledge of all this has to be embodied in the form of metalworking components.
Metal between house and outside
The gate of this project is not a large one, but it has a mysterious presence, as the building is built like one big box. It also creates the impression of an infinite imagination of the inside. The small eaves give a sense of care for guests and residents, which makes them feel attached to the building. It is a combination of relatively standard techniques for steelwork, but it was a finish that required careful work anyway. This project made us ponder the intention of the space and the presence of the gate, and once again we were reminded of the appeal of producing a gate.
