ALGRID" is an innovative one-touch aluminum sash frame. It does not require screws and boasts high installation functionality. Originally developed by our company, which has been involved in the contract manufacturing of steel sashes, we were concerned that there were no sash frames that were easier to install and more beautifully finished. It can be purchased in long lengths and cut on-site for easy adjustment. The basic colors available are silver, black, and white. In addition, we are also looking at developing metal decorations such as brass and copper as premium coatings.
Background
Until about 15 years ago, our company's main business was the contract manufacturing of window frames (sashes). Almost all sashes are made of steel (iron), and as we are also involved in on-site installation, we have experienced many times that even if the sash is finished to the size shown in the drawings, depending on the finish of the installation, a 1mm difference can cause the part that holds the glass in the sash (the restraining edge) to fail to fit. In short, fine adjustment on site is essential. We wondered if we could make a sash that could meet such needs, and that would be simpler and more beautiful. This was an idea that we had been thinking about since that time.
Features
ALGRID has two main features. Because it can be installed without the use of screws, a simple and modern finish can be achieved. The other is its processing performance. The ability to cut any part of the product is not a problem, so if you purchase longer lengths, you will have a much greater ability to deal with the job site.

Flexible Processing Performance
ALGRID is simple in construction. Therefore, it has excellent processing performance. No special shape is required for corner surfaces. Simply cut to fit, fix firmly, and it functions as a beautiful aluminum sash anywhere on the top, bottom, left, right, or both sides.

Superior Design Performance
Since screws are not required, the frames can be beautifully finished without leaving any machining marks on the frames. The same finish can be achieved even with premium coatings, thus demonstrating excellent design performance that realizes the intent of the spatial design.

Elegant Decorative Possibilities
By applying AICHI METAL's metal decorating technology and applying VeroMetal to ALGRID, various metal finishes such as brass, copper, and iron can be achieved. We plan to expand the VeroMetal-compatible ALGRID lineup in the future as we continue to developedop the technology.
