METAL KITCHEN" customizes the quality of metal to the kitchens of existing manufacturers. This is a project to customize doors, handles, tops, etc. of kitchens in various price ranges offered by existing manufacturers with metal and upgrade them to a high-quality finish. At the start of the project, the customization service will be offered for the "IKEA" METHODE series, and the service will be limited to doors and handles. The number of target materials will be expanded gradually, and the number of target manufacturers will also be expanded.
Background
Because of the superior processing performance of metals, a wide variety of custom services exist in our society. From cars and motorcycles to homes and offices, the range of custom services is very wide and diverse. Since our company's business is mainly focused on residential, commercial, and office applications, we have been examining the application of the technology in the furniture area. In particular, we focused on the fact that furniture from existing manufacturers is limited to a certain degree in materials to keep the price range down, although many of them have superior specifications and quality to the extent that they are global companies. Eleven materials are available. Copper, brass, and stainless steel are available, as well as hairline-finished and mirror-finished types. Decorated types are currently under research and developmentopment and will be available as soon as they are ready.
