On 7 December last year, AICHI METAL Co., Ltd. was able to present a one-of-a-kind luxury piano using the VeroMetal technique at the launch event of “The Metallic Art Piano” with automatic performance function, organised by NIKKYO GAKKI Co. at THE GRAND HYATT TOKYO.
VeroMetal, which has been adopted for this project, is a liquid type metal that can be applied to any material, and the range includes copper, brass and iron to create a real metallic film.
The addition of a craftsman’s hand-perforated treatment created a diverse and varied metal look.
The three pianos presented are all made to order.
