OVERVIEW

Window sills & stairs & handles

Large Japanese-style space.

The tension and beauty of a Japanese space has an overwhelming presence in contemporary architecture. The concept of this project was to combine with the borrowed scenery of the garden, and therefore, strong attention was paid to the window surfaces that cut through the scenery. The window frames are not felt to be present. At the same time, durability and safety were to be ensured. The design goal was to create a transparent fusuma sliding door. In fact, the handle of the fusuma is drawn on the window surface, which has the effect of making the presence of the window frame disappear. This is an outstanding piece of work that is nothing but the power of design.

Idea possibilities

Ideas can come to a person with knowledge and experience in any number of ways. However, if the idea cannot be materialized, the idea itself is meaningless. It must be able to be realized. Or, you must have the ability to do so. When this frame is manufactured at the factory, it is nothing more than a metal frame made of stainless steel with a specified coating. Still, there were many meetings about its texture. After all, this design idea is the greatest expression and the crux in this space. Therefore, the process of embodying the idea itself was tense. I believe that this is another important quality of AICHI METAL, which is to be able to respond to this process with the technology and ideas to materialize them.

Modern and cutting-edge items.

Apart from the large Japanese-style space, the property also features a futuristic glass and metal staircase and balustrade. The staircase, which is gentle yet arcs through the space in a luxurious manner, and the glass corridor leading to it and the marble floor below, give the impression of modernist architecture from England or other countries. AICHI METAL's technology was used in abundance in the creation of the large arc-shaped railing and the huge metal components. Even the paintwork is finished with a meticulous attention to detail, and the presence of glass surfaces also calls for thorough quality in the finishing and durability of the small edges.
