We at AICHI METAL wish to be a company that can extract the maximum expression from metal. As a company that polishes technology, accumulates knowledge, and explores new ideas, we are committed to manufacturing metal products that meet all of our customers' needs.

Greetings from the President
In 1926, my grandfather, Seiichi Takai, founded "Takai Ironworks Limited Partnership" in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture. My grandfather was a man of ideas and created machines that were useful to people one after another.
He was so absorbed in his work that he sometimes forgot to collect money, which made it difficult for his grandmother, aunts, and mother to run the kitchen of the company and their families. I remember little of my grandfather, but I am convinced that he was the source of the discovery of metal's potential that runs through my body.
For us, exploration means first of all to enjoy metals to the fullest. We take everything that we find strange or difficult and transform it into a technique to express ourselves. However, it is not all fun and games. It is a constant struggle. Sometimes an unfamiliar technique holds the key, and sometimes there are hints in past efforts. But we never stop this exploration.
This simple but difficult fact is the identity of AICHI METAL. Our company was founded as a window sash processing company.
The beginning of our current incarnation was nearly 15 years ago. When we delivered a metal staircase for indoor use, we were strongly criticized by the client. I still remember his words, "I don't want to bring a staircase into the house that is used outside. The key point was the welding surface. I am proud to say that the finish was beautiful enough from a normal welding surface, but it was far from a beautiful finish. In exploring this issue, we came up with the woodworking joining technique, which we were able to practice and solve. This has led us to our current journey.
What we don't have, we make. What we have, we make better. This mindset cannot be acquired just by waiting for orders. It is essential to have the desire to discover and develop the products on our own. There is no end to the possibilities offered by the beauty and flexibility of metals. We have the ability to acquire unique technologies born from the application of technologies from different fields, and we have a proven track record of patent applications. Our Factory-
Head Office
This office houses the president's office and accounting members and is attached to the main factory. The second floor is used as a break room.

East Factory Area Floor 1
We are mainly engaged in operations such as bending, assembly, and welding. The team also handles some of the prep work for painting, and is the team that retains the most sheet metal fabrication features within AICHI METAL!

East Factory Area Floor 2
This space is used to manage, cut, and sort metal materials. This is also the first process of setup, such as organizing materials and sorting them by use.

Headquarters 2F Terrace
This is a space for AICHI METAL staff to chat. Time passes in a relaxed atmosphere.

Head Office 2F Kitchen
This is a space for AICHI METAL staff to rest and eat.

Research and Training Zone
Decorating, painting, material research, and other services that we do not currently offer are all available here. Day and night, we are working to materialize various ideas in a laboratory-like setting. We also use this location for VeroMetal technical training.

Packing Zone
This is a space where final checks are made on finished products and preparations are made prior to delivery while carefully packaging them. It is located in the same area as the tool management area and vis management area.

Tool Control Zone
This area is built through the continuation of thorough 5S activities. While updating the company's rules, we handle the tooling related to quality assurance in a careful and error-free manner.

BIS Management Zone
This is the area next to the tool control area. Screws and other tools are not only insufficient, but also come in various sizes, materials, etc. Mistakes can lead to accidents. We are pursuing quality by making it easy to understand and manage.

Westwall (In the West Plant area)
The impressive rust of the metal is used as it is on the wall surface of the Westwall. It is located next to the parking lot.

Oval Room / Round Room (In West Plant area)
There is a space for 10 or more people to gather in an area separated by impressive glass, and another space for about 4 people. Everything from the tables to the walls is constructed with items we have selected or manufactured.

Metal Surface Exhibition Room
We have a variety of sample products to help you understand Metal Surface's coding and decorating techniques. If you wish, please contact us and we will be happy to show you around by appointment.

Photo Room
This room is dedicated to photographing various products and finished goods.

West Factory
At the West Plant, a furnace is set up to perform thermal spraying and other surface treatments. It is also a place where items researched within AICHI METAL are put into practice, creating an environment where new initiatives are easily implemented.

Factory No. 2
The second factory is the place for Metal Surface specialists. Today, it handles a wide variety of metal materials for surface treatment and decoration, although liquid metals in particular are increasingly being handled.

Products manufactured by AICHI METAL are installed at various sites. Our company basically performs installation in-house. We provide our customers with peace of mind through the best installation methods, including strength treatment for wall installation.
