We just want someone who enjoys our work and is willing to work hard with us. To be honest, this is probably the most difficult thing. It may be what everyone is looking for. It requires a lot of effort on the part of everyone involved to make it happen. We cannot work only for our own satisfaction or profit. If that were all, we would not be needed. We cannot say that we are useful to society.
